Quick Tagging

User can easily tag a call with a single click. Make use of the 'mandatory' function to make call tagging a requirement for each call. 

For multi-role employees a configurable option is to allow the user to select multiple tags per call, or limit it to a single one for more accuracy. 

Customizable

Customize tags with a recognizable color and icon for quick identification. Use the configuration options to customize if a call tagging action is sent to the user on rining or connected calls.
